Philosophy of People

People are the third leg of the People – Product – Process stool.

Every organization requires at least one human. Any staffing build out from there is up for debate.

Every human brings their whole self to work, and thus their whole self should be recognized. You cannot compartmentalize pain, challenge, values — they will bleed across worklife.

Every person should be on a path at the organization. They are on their own adventure, and that adventure needs to be aligned as much as possible with the strategic needs of the organization. When this occurs, discretionary effort is unlocked.

Every person should constantly be leaning over their skis, but supported so as to not fall over their skis. This is where growth happens.

Every role should have a clearly defined job description in terms of what is expected. Every role should have clear line of sight to strategic priorities and how their role impacts those priorities.
